The extra virgin olive oil SYRENUM D.O.P. (Protected Designation of Origin) is produced exclusively from the best olives of  "Minucciola" variety, the typical variety of Sorrento Peninsula. The Is. Me.Cert (Mediterranean Institute of Certification) controls the entire processing cycle: quality of the olives, milling, oil obtained and packaging. Its color is green with yellow straw, and its fragrance and its taste remember the flavour of plants typical of the Sorrento Peninsula, such as mint, rosemary and lemon.
